Can't view support ticket other than on email.... & Ticket response?

I posted a ticket on April 26th still no response :( #6872722

 

I also am having issues going through the website to view the ticket.

I have a video that describes my issue but wouldn't like to post here as it has sensitive information regarding my account email etc...

 

I can however go to the support webpage just fine on any other account....

 

To replicate the issue I am having I go to https://help.guildwars2.com/hc/en-us then click the sign-in button

then I type my information in then it redirects me back to sign in page... I then login again and it brings me to https://account.arena.net/overview

Thanks, I have tried clearing cache and messing with adblock settings even turning it off etc. I have also tried many other browsers ex. Opera, Firefox and etc.
