2 Audio Bugs on the Mac

I'm running the current Mac OS (10.13.6) on a new MacBook Pro 2018 (although my 2017 MacBook Pro experienced the same) with the current 64-bit client (v 1.0, build 91694) and I am experiencing two issues with audio, both likely bugs:

 

1. The audio crackles and distorts every so often (probably 3-6 times per hour) and doesn't stop distorting until I go into the Options and switch the audio device back and forth (I just use the built-in speakers)

2. When characters are talking in an instance (story-mode), but NOT in a cut-scene when they are face to face talking like in the Personal Story, only every other character's lines of audio is heard. If one speaks their part, the other part won't be heard, and so on.
