[Item bug] Mist Trinkets (fractal, PvP, WvW) have one stat selection missing, which is not coherent

The problem is, among stats which can be acquire for ascended trinkets (plaguedoctor or bringer stats can't), the giver stat (toughness / healing / concentration) is not selectable for the Mist Trinkets which could normally select ALL stats.

It is clearly a bug / an oversight.
