New guild missions & currency

I have heaps of guild commendations. But I think to fully refresh this, they should discontinue this currency and introduce new one. Kinda like a reset to guild missions reward structure. And making it more profitable to do these missions. We used to be able to convert 3 guild commendation to 2g by trading guild catapult and sell it in tp but this is no longer profitable any more I think. So this kinda reason why GM gradually dying.?? Because there is no good incentive to do them..

With the new currency and reward system I'd still wish that we can convert old currency (guild commendation) to new by reasonable ratio.
