Transfusion trait on scourge is ironically underpowered.

IDK how they changed the scaling to ensure you cant spam 8k heals every 15 seconds (because lol that would be fairly OP *looks at ventari* ok fine it wouldnt be that overpowered) but holy hell on full apothecary gear im getting under 1k healing from it. talk about ever balancing. ANET lets pretend this is a bug and fix it yes?

The ticks for my Transfusion tick for 350 each times what 9 pulses right is about 3150 healing and that's with Vipers gear

Yeah it ticks a lot slower than it did in Reaper when you would heal other people. Ticks go off every second so they don't actually stack. You just see 350ish ticks every second pop up. I'll double check what it actually heals. This is just off of memory.

Transfusion isn't for keeping people alive, it's for rezzing. Having corpse port on that low a cooldown to drag people into wells of blood is insanely powerful. Also if you pop it a second before you yourself go down, you will transfusion yourself and get an insanely strong self revive.

What? Its really strong.

 

It may be less of a burst heal (since the duration is 9 seconds with 1 tick per second compared to the short channel ones of core and reaper) but it heals youself and it is uninterruptiable. And with a 0.3 coefficent per tick it scales really well with healing power.

Actually I did notice that I few times when I would go down and the ticks were healing me for 1200 or more each. I'm guessing that has to do with the trait "Last Rites" ?. It's a pretty sweet skill line with scourge now.

Signet of Vampirism can be swapped for Well of Blood (run Curses over Spite then!).These are Adrenal Health + Healing Signet + Regeneration Warrior values - and most of this healing is for your entire party. And keep in mind that the regeneration is easy to cover with barriers.

 

Unkillable in PvE, strong Support in WvW.

It has nothing to do with last rites.

 

Transfusion is healing you in downstate for 1k per tick because transfusion's downstate healing is based on a % of the downed person's HP. Necromancers have one of the largest downstate pools, so this ends up being a large number.

The trait pulses almost 1k heals 9 times on a high healing power gear set and is generally very strong with scourge. I don't know what the OP is talking about.

welp discovered my problem i forgot to change my accessories they were still on pure condi xD. Alright now im getting obsessive healing. also the presence of revenants dropping alacrity everywhere allows me to cast it again the instant its finished ticking. now if only shades had 1200 casting range :3
