I wanted to give a gift to my husband's account character for the new vouchers GEM store had posted but instead I accidentally gifted to the wrong person. I had tried to submit a ticket but for some reason it won't allow me to submit a ticket. It kept popping up the "page don't exist". I don't know what to do at this point. And if anyone had that experience and what do you do to resolve the issue? I did tried to sent an mail to that player letting he/she know that it was sent by accident however ANET does not give the return function key for Gem or gift sent on their mail. So that player can't do much. More like oh well too bad. That's my fault kind of thing. I wanted to know if Anet support would be able to fix it? perhaps take the gift from the person's account and gift it to the right person? I don't know.....
