Arenanet Merch - Country of delivery

Arenanet recently posted the new merch you can get, for example the quaggan mugs and other stuff, link here -> (https://www.guildwars2.com/en/news/cool-new-guild-wars-2-merchandise/ )

One of the items were the Popsocket grips (with the quaggan/choya) for the phone, they also posted the Amazon link but unfortunately they don't deliver those to the UK.

Can I purchase these popsockets somewhere else? I'd really like to get a couple for myself and my boyfriend but I can't find them anywhere else. We've checked the popsocket website as well, but couldn't find the GW2 ones.
