To Devs: Players that die faaar too often - rank them faaaar down in MM

There is already a system within the game that does this. Its called MMR.

If the players in OP's post are as bad as they're made out to be, eventually they will loose enough games/rating that they will no longer be placed in games together.

 

Sure there are instances where players of large rating differences are matched together. This is just a consequence of low population and there is just as much chance that the same scenario will work in your favour next game.
