Plasty.1609 Posted August 31, 2018 Share Posted August 31, 2018 Been having a similar issue with fps but also ping. Seems to happen especially when near other players or they are rendered on screen. Get horrid fps ping spikes in the Dwayna/Trade plaza in DR but moving to unpopulated Melandru/Grenth district alleviates it. Also will give the appearance of it stuttering, where if you run through a crowded area you and other people will slow/hang then rubberband/speedup.
