Need help for WvW Solo Roaming Scourge Build

If I *really* *really* want to solo roam in WvW with a Scourge, what would be currently the best build to use?

Power, Condi or Hybrid?

I'm trying a Vipers hybrid variant on my Scourge now but it feels squishy and ineffective =(

 

Reason I'm asking is because I'm planning to make a full ascended armor/weapon set for 3 of my toons (Core, Reaper and Scourge).

 

One Soul for Core Necro with its Shroud of Death,

One Soul for Reaper with its Scythe of Despair,

One Soul for Scourge with its Shades of Doom,

In the Mists of WvW, where their spirits meet.

One mind to forge them all, One mind to move them all,

One mind to gather them all and in the Mists bind them,

In the Mists of WvW, where their spirits meet.

 

Appreciate if someone can help advise with a full build, including stats, weapons, utilities and traits.

I run Plaguedoctor's with Curses, Blood Magic, and Scourge. Combine Devouring Darkness plus Corrupt Boons and Feed from Corruption, and suddenly your enemy's strength is yours.

It seems totally made for Scourge!

By the way, great build you have there! I can see its potential.

How do you find the damage output though?

Plaguedoctor popped up in the latest episode, and the damage can be pretty nice if you get off a full burst of conditions. The real strength is in the boon stealing, though. Having an enemy boon up and then completely ripping them all for yourself is extremely satisfying, and the amount of conditions caused by Devouring Darkness alone can put a lot of pressure on anyone who can't cleanse 5+ conditions at once.

Can you make a video roaming with that?? Or link a video if youve seen that build. I absolutely love feed from corruption and was theorycrafting the exact same build. But since im away from home and cant play, i was looking for videos to watch.
