Does anyone know how to "roll out" with roller beetle? Foes aren't launching ....

I've tried the #1 skill, but I don't see any foes launching, and it says, "Launch: 0" - what activates the launch? (Yes, I have the mastery)

If I remember correctly, it "launches" them 0 distance, so they don't move but have the rest of the launch effects applied so they are knocked down.

If they fall down, then you're doing it right.

 

If I understand it right, "Launch: 0" means "Launch them 0 distance". Launch is apparently harder to resist than Knockdown, so they used that to make sure you get the effect they're after.

Ok, that makes sense - I didn't think about that. They need to implement a true launch! That would be fun! Thank you both for your help.

Also, to be clear about the game terminology, as I see quite a lot of confusion -

* **Launch** means launching your foe **straight up**. No horizontal movement.

* **Knockback** sends your foe **straight away from you**. No (relevant) vertical movement.

 

There are quite a few skills with *Launch: 0* in their tooltips. This essentially means "flop in place".

Ofcourse by _"Flop in Place"_, you **really** mean _"Do a Graceful Backflip, involuntarily"_.
