Sutepun.9450 Posted October 6, 2018 Share Posted October 6, 2018 Many druid mains know this, but Quickdraw cannot reduce the cooldown of CA skills and mainly ignores it entirely. Combined with the fact that glyphs are not usuable underwater, underwater druid combat makes you pretty much useless to the point that you would be better off going another class or soulbeast for the dps increase.
