Thundabolt.8541 Posted October 9, 2018 Share Posted October 9, 2018 The Cat tonic used to work underwater, but now it just removes all your basic attack skills without transforming you. In addition, a Holosmith's laser became just a thick white line with no effects after using this tonic underwater. Not sure if it's related to the tonic, but it's never happened before otherwise.
