Race too frequently, interferes with Time Trial

Those ~7 minutes interruptions are majorly annoying when you are working on the Mad Drifter achievement. Make them two different map instances or increase the frequency.

I always found the races to be rather low quality where everything seems to be just mashed together. They definitely deserve their own separate game mode. That way it would be alot easier to have frequent races without them being as compromised as they are rn / overlapping with time trial challenges.
