Crashing on Load Screens

For about the past month and a half, sometimes when I go to /any/ load screen there seems to be a chance of me being caught in a infinite load screen until the server boots me with the error code 7:11:3:191:101

 

After crashing from a load screen, often times I cannot get past character select without the same error message or an outright full game crash. I have done a clean install, and the computer I'm on is pretty decent. Internet connection is university ethernet.

 

This was not an issue when I initially began playing the game. I do not think it was until my first character was around level 50 or so it started happening.
