Aaron.4921 Posted October 28, 2018 Share Posted October 28, 2018 A friend of mine has recently wished to get back into the game, he saw that PoF was on sale and thought it'd be a great opportunity to return after 2 years of not playing. Since playing he has changed his email and phone number. The issue is he cannot sign in due to the SMS authenticator blocking him in every step of the way. He filed a support ticket but we both are aware it can take a while but he doesn't want to miss the sale or lose all of his in-game accomplishments by making a new account. Is there any alternate way to help his situation out or are we at the mercy of the notorious support wait times?
