I switched from sms-authentication to desktop one since almost a week now and its been working fine until now. I cannot log in to send a ticket to support or login to account setting to remove the authentication thingy because it is requiring the code everywhere, lol. Please help. Inculpatus cedo.9234 Posted November 2, 2018 Share Posted November 2, 2018 You can contact the CS Team by using the 'anonymous' option on the ticket creation page. You can try entering the code at the end of the time period allowed, rather than the beginning. Also, make sure your computer time is synced with actual time. Good luck.
