jana.7689 Posted November 2, 2018 Share Posted November 2, 2018 Hi guys, i got this issue i already summit a ticket but i want to know if anyone know about this, my husband buy 2 bundle of the expansions on oct 31 one on his account and one on my son account but with the same bill info and same payment, yesterday when i try to buy mine i get a fail on the payment when he check his account the account was suspended don't know why. My son account still is good he can connect and everything, but now i can buy my bundle with the promo code. this happen to someone and how they resolve the issue?
