Can't download game client setup

As per title. I'm using Chrome, I click on the link to download the client, the download gets halfway and stops.

You don't have to download expansions or releases/updates separately; they are always part of your client. Only access is enabled when purchasing new content.

If you have purchased outside the game, apply your Serial Key(s) on the appropriate 'My Account' page (link below).

If you have purchased inside the game, merely log out completely and log back in.

You will find the new content enabled in the 'Story Journal'.
