If you purchased outside the game, you must go to 'My Account' (link below) and apply the Serial Key sent to you, log out and back in.. Either way, once you've done one of those two things, you would go to 'H' (Hero Panel) - Story Journal - Path of Fire, and begin the prologue, https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Sparking_the_Flame_(Prologue).
