Respons?

I saw a few people saying they are literally being bombarded with support tickets right now. No wonder, since the release is a fiasco. Bug on bug after bug on a bug and crashes and what not. That happens when you're driven by profit rather than properly test your release.

 

You're waiting a week, I'm waiting over a month and my patience is slowly fading. I'm giving it one more week then I'll call it and certainly won't be able to recommend the game / company to anyone.

Actually, the high volume/backlog started well before release. They were making headway, but release encouraged a lot more sales, and the connection problems created more tickets to be submitted. (My very minor issue ticket took 12 days to be answered, but only a couple of hours to be resolved.)

 

It's unfortunate there are delays in CS Team responses, but the Team is working 24/7 to catch up.
