GM can restored my account without my permission? [Resolved]

3 days ago account been accessed by an unauthorized individual.then i can;t login.

I submit a ticket told GM no such things.

but GM told me must do some steps such as scan computer ,change password.then let me login.

I did what he told me .

finaly ，i can login game today.but he restored my account to a piont which he said the nearest save point.

I lose nealy 1400 Gold ,my Mad King achievemens . and my ranger map completely for 92% to 75%.

Restore account without permission This is a normal working process?

Main thing is be happy they could restore what they had been able too, and as Inculpatus cedo.9234 had said. Update your ticket with as much info as you can about last time you played and see what they can do.
