WvW ping issues

Only recently I've started to experience incredible lag in WvW, all without facing a map blob. Taking down a wall, I was a good minute behind everyone else while still being able to walk but not cast skills. When the skills went off, it was at least 45 seconds late. A quick speed test tells me my connection is "fast" and these issues have only started an hour or so ago.
