new marked mechanic, extend it to class specific traits and skill

A fair amount of the Sick'em targetted players still escape with ease under the current "revealed" system. Then there's the issue: marked targets remains invisible while they're stealthed and they can stealth for most or longer duration. Not to mention, to use Sick'em, one needs to **target the stealthed target**, high class joke :lol:.
