ThiBash.5634 Posted November 27, 2018 Share Posted November 27, 2018 **Superior Rune of the Pack:** The duration of the boons granted by the 6-piece bonus of this rune set has been reduced from 10 seconds to 8 seconds. The cooldown has been returned to its previous duration of 30 seconds, **and it will now trigger while in combat rather than upon entering combat.** This is a great change to the rune and makes it a lot more useful. As such, I was wondering if there are any plans to give other runes a similar update. For example, [Rune of the Fire (4)](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Superior_Rune_of_the_Fire "Rune of the Fire (4)") would greatly benefit from triggering during combat as well. There had been a few other discussions over the past days about Rune of the Pack, and many of us wishing it would be "while in combat" rather than "when entering combat".
