Yukio blaster.9082 Posted September 30, 2017 Share Posted September 30, 2017 Hello, I'm writing this post in the name of my friend(**Amine.8730**), because he can't even post on this forum cause his account was suspended 72h ago He has already made 2 tickets but still no answers :frowning: ticket n°#6625791 this happened to him after he got** POF ultimate **as a gift from a friend who live in USA and he can confirm this if only support answer to the ticket send :frowning: & he is 100% sure that his account was not hacked and he have changed all passwords (email+account) his account name is: Amine.8730 The MSG he gets when he tries to login :**We have detected that your account may have been accessed by an unauthorized individual. For your security, further access to the account has been suspended until this matter can be resolved. To restore access to this account, please contact Support and one of our representatives will assist you.** Hope u guys can help & answer him and thanks for your help. Inculpatus cedo.9234 Posted September 30, 2017 Share Posted September 30, 2017 Your friend needs to close the duplicate ticket and only update the original ticket. Submitting duplicate tickets only slows down the process. Posting on the forums won't speed the process, either. The CS Team will respond to the ticket in the order received; due to high volume, resolution may take as little as 3-5 days, or as much as two weeks. Good luck. This not only protects the owner from losing their stuff, but it can also protect the economy of the game, as a lot of the time stolen accounts are used to bot farm, and the original items/gold put on market in the theft. However there is the chance that a false positive can happen. In this event, simply contact support and provide them the required information to prove ownership (if required), and you may need to change password etc. And then there is the problem. Customer support for popular games, especially with the release of an expansion, is subject to large volumes of tickets.
