userbites.3826 Posted September 30, 2017 Share Posted September 30, 2017 For more than a week my Mac 32bit log in has been enlarged, so that i can't use it to log in. I do have a 64bit log in, but it is too slow and it freezes a lot. So I tend to use the 32bit log in...I have been getting a bot response but nothing else...The GW2 name for reasonable response to issues has been tarnished. I am wondering what I can do. Submitting multiple tickets only slows the process, and starts back at the beginning of the queue. Due to high volume, replies are slower than usual, and make take up to 2 weeks.
