Where is my underwater weapon?

Hello,

I'm very, very new to this game.

 

I understand that when I get under water, I automatically equip some breathing gear and an underwater weapon.

 

But my revenant (she's lvl 33) doesn't equip any weapon. Is there a quest I need to do to get it or something like that?

Do you have a weapon equipped? Go to your Equipment tab and make sure you have a weapon placed in the underwater weapon slot. It's on the right-hand side at the very bottom. You're gathering tools will be above it.

Also, make sure you have an underwater weapon purchased. For Revenant that's going to be trident and spear.

No, I had none underwater weapon equipped, and I had none underwater weapon in my bags or bank. I thought we were "born" with one?

But I got an underwater weapon from a quest reward (in fact, more than one), so the problem got solved.
