Can't find country in Billing Information

So, I'm attempting to buy the Path of Fire expansion. When I go to put in my billing information and get to the country drop down box, I can't seem to find an option for the US. I also noticed Canada is missing. I'm at a loss for how to proceed, because US isn't an option and it won't accept my information otherwise.
