Additional Blocking Features

So certain individuals troll tagging has become a nuisance. It would be great if blocking them would remove all visualization of their commander tag.

Can you elaborate more on this? What was the problem? Maybe there is another solution until you get that feature.

The blocking featur needs a general overhaul. For instance, as requested before by some, it would be nice if the person you've blocked could no longer see your online status.

Some guy keeps tagging up in wvw and shadows our commanders intentionally trying to pull pugs away and just generally be a nuisance. He is a known troll, pulling tactics, spamming team chat and (unconfirmed) spy. The idea is that blocking him would then mean you no longer can see his tag, thus preventing his attempts at tag trolling.

And stop them from seeing any messages you post in chat.

That is a big problem indeed. Tho I would much rather prefer we have more responsive report team who could investigate on spot and take appropriate actions against such players, as he is not the only one, and having improved block features just as a backup.
