Unfortunately, she activated it to her another email address with an account from the past. She lost all her equipment as well as money from the character for whom the extension was planned. The problem is, that we tried to transfer her money from the old to the new one (she couldn´t do it through sending a mail to a friend because of the absence of the Path of Fire. We also tried to sell some sort of things at the Trading Post (new character selling, the old buying) but it didn´t show up as an offer (maybe because of the high price?). You can blame the gold site spammers for restricting normal players. As for activating the key on the wrong account, have her contact support, they may be able to help her.
