i think Plague Signet need to update

 

cos at old conds not that much

 

but since hot

cond has very much

 

so i think this need change, like

 

Active

1. send all cond or limit up to 7 or 8

2. still sned 5, but clear all conds still on self

Passive

1. Interval: 3s -> 2s or 1s

2. Conditions Transferred 1 -> 2 (without trait
