DLC Codes

Out and about? Are you saying you purchased a physical copy of Path of Fire? I wasn't aware any stores carried them. Where did you purchase it? Was it from an Authorized Retailer? If not, you might want to return the copy and ask for a refund.

After a week, they offered me a second code, but my bug is still there, so I can't Play PoF.

 

Now after 11 days, if I use the code I bought from the retailer, I get this: "The serial code given was not recognized by our system please try again" (Don't know if is disabled or a new bug)

If I use the code I got from the support, I get this: "This serial code has already been appliedto your account".

Interesting, and I'm sorry to hear that. Fortunately, I got a ticket response from Arena Net, asking for me to send pictures of the receipt and code via email. Hopefully it can be resolved that way. GameStop wouldn't do anything because of their DLC policy, which is absurd considering it didn't work at all plus I had some sort of proof. It's whatever.

 

Note that for some reason, below the serial code given, they give instructions to redeem it through steam which brings up a red flag. Regardless it's unacceptable because they're a big game company. Stuff happens though.
