Sensible changes to Full Counter and Revenge Counter

First I propose Full Counter in WvW/PvP should have it's damage increased. Restore the original damage prior to what it was before the latest nerf, and instead of a 66% damage reduction, make it a 33% damage reduction. Then remove the damage modifier on revenge counter trait, and make the trait so Full Counter also removes boons (2-3).

when full counte removes 3 boons (for example protection) and your dmg get increased by 33% by that. you would do the same dmg to your opponents like before PLUS 2 additional boons are ripped. seems for me that your Change would make FC even more OP as it was before this nerf.

you should know, thats not the function nerfs have, to make skills stronger... you know?

Instead of giving the damage back, I'd say make Full Counter upgrade your next Burst Skill by 1 tier. In fact, make it so you can hold on to said buff and get all the way to level 3 burst if you want to, so you can choose between quick level 2s, or save up for a level 3. This way Full Counter gives back damage without being a "walk into aoe" or "the more allies the less skill there is in avoiding full counter damage" since you can just watch for the next burst skill instead.

Also give it Removes 2 Boons by default.

How about:

"When you successfully countered a skill, you get "Vision" (100% crit chance for 3 seconds like the sigil)? Since they don't want the skill itself to have reasonable damage, make it at least reward some of that damage back from smart gameplay. It fits the Spellbreaker lore, it's not overpowered, it has counterplay (people can just avoid you for 3 seconds), and rewards good play (You have to be smart to time your hard CCs to take full advantage of that 3 seconds).

The potential is there regardless. Anet also has a history of lowering damage when they add more boon rip to a skill, e.g. Break Enchantments. You might get your traited boon rip with the trade-off that FC now does 50% of its current damage when traited with that trait.

With the amount of stability being used there is very little potential for dispelling force, it almost might as well not exist.
