FPS drops <2, that makes GW2 completely unplayable.

Hello, a little problem occured right after the new year patch. For like last few months I was playing gw2 regularly and everything was smooth, and pretty stable, and right now, I've got sick FPS drops, so big, that sometimes i need to stare at the same picture for few seconds, and it's completely unplayable. And no matter if I'll check 'Best Performance' option, there's still same problem. I tried to delete the game, I even put it on my SSD disc, still, the same situation. My spec does not matter I think, because the game was working well for really long time, and it just occured few days ago.

I am having the same problem currently. I was thinking it's my own problem but my friend is having it too.

Edit: I solved my problem it was because of old arcdps version.
