Superior rune of fireworks works well in the warrior?

(3): +50 Power

(4): 10% Boon Duration

(5): +100 Power

(6): Gain 25% movement speed. Gain 6 stacks of might, fury and vigor for 6 seconds in combat.

Do you think the new rune has a good use? I'm not sure if that + 25% movement speed adds up to 25% of Warrior's Sprint or does not stack?

No movement speed boosts or penalties stack. Only the highest bonus and penalty apply.

25% movements is already covered by Warrior sprint.

 

Boon Duration is nice to have but thats it.

 

Free Vigor and fury is nice.

 

Power rune = good.

 

The might should work good with might makes right.

Its a nice rune, but nothing useful for the warrior.

The 25% speed is not even useful for the warrior.

 

The rune is more useful for classes that relay heavily on boons and who require utilities that grant 25% speed.

* Elementalist

* Guardian

* Mesmer

* Ranger

 

This rune is just more power creep added to the game now that these classes can have 25%+ base speed and use extra utility slots for defensive or offensive skills.

It's not a bad rune for warrior but I would choose rune of the pack over it.

 

If there was a good trait competing with "Warrior's Sprint" it could be pretty good. As it stands "Crack Shot" and "Vengeful Return" are garbage. Even with this rune I would still take "Warrior's Sprint" to be able to break immobilization with movement skills.

Also the swiftness from Pack increases your dmg (warrior sprint).
