It's just a buff that didn't happen in the end. And I think it doesn't need to be buffed any further, Terrorflame Scourge is meta already and does a ton of damage with fears. felincyriac.5981 Posted January 25, 2019 Author Share Posted January 25, 2019 So it was buffed, the tooltip was updated to reflect the damage increase, but it was never actually buffed. Then the tooltip was corrected to the actual pre-buff damage. Better to ask for clarification I guess, I'm not surprised if anet just goofed up.
