Leaving fractal lobby vs leaving raid instance

Why is it that when you try to leave the fractal lobby, you get prompted to check that you are sure? Compared to when you click the door in a raid instance, you are instantly dropped outside of the instance without a check?

 

In the raid scenario, there is technically a risk you could end up missing out on loot if you miss click on the door. In the fractal scenario you miss out on... well... the ready check to leave the lobby and enter the actual fractal.

 

Now that both teams are together, could we get this experience adjusted so that it meshes better. TBH, I personally would prefer that they were at the very least switched.
