Vigilant Chrono? (WvW)

I've fought nearly unkillable chronos before in WvW but the problem with building like that i that you do no damage yourself. Not like a build like this would do a lot of damage or anything, but it would at least have some. Never played mesmer before, really. How would a build like this fair in WvW?
