They could either open the book tab already in game, or transfer us to the website when clicked. This could possibly help new players and already existing players who don't know better than to check the patch notes or the website. Plus as the Rytlock story was such a good lore-dump that gave us so much new info, I'm assuming the other 2 are just as important to the story.
