I think this is one of the NPC armor's that are not actually available for players. I could be wrong, but it is not a set I am familiar with. I also checked out the wiki asuran armor gallery and couldn't find it.

 

Hopefully someone who has them all unlocked can let you know for certain.

I think those are from Sorcerer's Armour. Unfortunately, it's human cultural armour, so asura player characters can't wear it - but several asura NPCs wear parts of it, and Gaia from the Arcane Council wears the full set.

 

While I like the idea of different races having different armour (in fact, before release, I expected all armour would be cultural armour), it seems odd to me that this armour set, which is thematically quite asuran, is only available to humans. My guess is that the decision to make it cultural armour was made very shortly before release, and it had already been modelled for the other races (or at least asura).

Awww its sad to know that is human cultural. It just goes so well with the Asura.
