Heart of Thorns Purchase Issue

I bought Heart of Thorns for my account today, but for some reason still haven't gotten any email order verification email with the code in it. I've made the purchase what I think is twice now, and on top of that submitted a support ticket. By contrast, my Path of Fire purchase went through flawlessly, with the code arriving in both the purchase verification on the website and through email within minutes of the purchase. How long is the current wait for something like the Heart of Thorns verification?

You'll have to wait for the CS Team to reply to your ticket. Did you get the near-immediate automated response?

If not, check spam/junk folder(s).

If so, just have to wait. There may be delays due to the news of restructuring.

Got a reply, though it wasn't near immediate. Something to the effect of waiting 12 hours or so for the code to arrive. The submitted order email I got said something about 48 hours. Guess I'll have to wait and see.

If the email you received suggested waiting some amount of hours, it was not the near-immediate automated response. _That_ email only thanks you for your submission, and acknowledges that the ticket was received. Thus, the email you received, although boiler-plate, was from an actual Team Member.

It's now been well over the 12 hour wait time I was given, and I've posted as much on the ticket.
