Sutepun.9450
TL;DR - make spirits have a functionality such that you can "dismiss" a spirit with interact (F) to put the spirits on a smaller cooldown so that it functions similar to how current druids normally manage spirits. With the new way that spirit works, it makes it harder in fractals to reposition a spirit during small phases. For example, if you are running druid on a skorvald run, spirit uptime used to be 100% on him, as you would destroy your spirits while you do the anomaly phase and regain all spirits when you get back to the center platform. However with the new changes, without alacrity, it is possible for a druid to have their spirits still on cooldown when they get to the middle platform. Assuming druid healing can affect the spirits and when you leave for phase, they have 100% hp. With the 7.5% HP drain that will make spirits last 14 seconds, while it goes on a 20 second cooldown. This means that 34 seconds has to pass before you can place it again, which may be too slow for extremely good parties that run druid. This problem persists to other boss fights, such as Artsariiv in which druid would often explode their spirits on the start of a phase in order to regain it back when she goes into a corner. A suggestion that would solve this problem would be to make spirits function similar to turrets, in which you can use the interact button to "dismiss" a spirit and put the utility on a somewhat smaller cooldown. This would make spirit management more varied so that you don't need to trickle heals in order to keep a spirit alive while you are in a phase with high movement.
