Anet have been buffing Axe damage 5% once a year for the last 3 years.

 

Dungeons died before they could buff base necromancer for that content.

 

Don't expect any balance for power reaper or necromancer in general... except if that balance involves a nerf lol.

Power Reaper has gotten so many buffs over time instead of nerfs. Hopefully it keeps up, and we will do like 30k+ in like a year xD

Just to clarify, the whole "buffing power reaper" thing is just a meme started by Wooden Potatoes during a stream where he believed that deathly chill would be nerfed because he was testing beta scourge in the demo weekend, checked out reaper for a bit, noticed that deathly chill only did 1 stack of bleeding, assumed that condi reaper would be nerfed in favor of power reaper, and didn't know that deathly chill works differently in PvE and PvP already.
