Crystal Paladin.3871
While playing fracs - deepstone deldrimor as a ranger, someone asked me whether I'm a spotter... I was confused so I asked them if they were talking about the ranger trait "spotter" that gives precision to allies in combat. But they never answered my question... Now I'm confused... Does it have anything to do with the treasure spotting using deldrimor light in that particular fractal???? Or ... Tagging enemies with targets? Or the trait? Or something else I'm not aware of in MMOs??? Note: Google didn't help me either... And I read somewhere in web where players complaining "bad spotter" confusion prevails

Asum.4960
Most likely referring to the Trait, I'm not aware of that being used as terminology for anything else.
Cyninja.2954
http://lmgtfy.com/?q=GW2+ranger+spotter Leads to: https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Spotter Which tells you about: Spotter Specialization: Skirmishing Tier: Master Type: Major It's a trait in the Skirmishing line which provides 100 Precision to nearby allies. Yes, people will ask if you are running support traits or not because it might affect their build and setup if they want to cap crit chance.
