Unable to use new phone number with authentication

currently have a old phone number to my 2 step authentication, the phone use to be owned by my passed mother but since she no longer needs the phone we didn't keep or pay it.

Is there anyway a admin can reset my authentication. since i just bought the other two dlc, the grind for gold to trade for currency just is pointless since i cant use it.

If you can still log in to your account you can unlink your phone under the security settings tab by selecting edit next to 2-Step Verification. Then add the verification again and use the new number. If you can not log in to your account you will need to contact support to have the authentication changed.
