ricky.1429
This seems to be common question but I couldn't find exact solution. First off, what I want to do- Play gw2 again(been away for 3~4years) why I cannot play- basically run out of space in C:drive(SSD) I'm using the same PC for gw2 but since I recently updated window10, it filled up to 95% of my SSD space. I have gw2.exe already. when I try to install all updates that I have missed. obviously not enough space, also cannot finish downloading. All I need to do(I think) is that uninstall all gw2 files which makes enough space. then install again game from Arenanet. **BUT**I cannot uninstall them for some reason, I tried some way such as CCleaner-uninstall, move files to HDD, etc,,, I am pretty sure I can run the game if I cleanup all the files first:( I had about 80GB for only gw2. now there only 20GB available. Anyways, please lead me to proper 'uninstall-reinstall steps'. Thank you in advance
Inculpatus cedo.9234
You need about 45GB for Guild Wars now, so 20 GB won't suffice. To uninstall GW2, you need only delete the files. Good luck.
Urud.4925
You can also play GW2 from any external device: recently I tried to just copy all the GW2 folder into an external HDD and it worked for another PC. So if you're not able to uninstall it/delete the temporary files, you could temporarily free some space and complete the download. When you're done, move all the GW2 folder.
