I used the wrong email on registration my new account

5 days back i created new GW account and bought the new expantion + bags and Gems after i complete the payment i found out that i used the wrong email and my account not verified yet .. i dont have access to the wrong email i used it.

i sent a ticket to the support 5 days back and they not replying till now ! please refound my money if you not going to help me change the wrong email

 

 

please help me

I did already 10 days back and still no reply lets see how GW2 people value their customers. I played many MMOs last 10 years and many early access that has millions of subscribers this is the first time I deal with such poor support level,10 days and even not a single reply for my simple issue
