blackheartgary.8605 Posted April 25, 2019 Share Posted April 25, 2019 okay so, i followed the instructions exactly on the alienware site. i went to the black lion trading post. i clicked on the gem store icon and clicked on "redeem code" i then clicked on "redeem item code" and i copied the exact code in the space provided including dashes, then clicked redeem. the game sees it as an error. i tried it again. several times. and it still shows as an error. anyone else having this issue?
