Gemstore: Are the Aetherblade and Rampart/Striders/Incarnate skins ever going to swap out?

I feel like the armor skins on the store used to change more often than this; these skins went up in either December or January, and it's now almost May... we've seen no other Armor skins since. Are these on a half year cycle, have they become permanent store listings, or has someone just kind of forgotten to swap them out recently?
